My expertise is in B2B products: data-heavy dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and conversations design. These tools are often built to work first and look good later, if ever. Having worked in a design agency, I bring that same attention to detail to enterprise software, because the people using it eight hours a day deserve an experience that feels considered, not just one that gets the job done.
My process starts with getting in front of real users, usually interviews and surveys, to understand their pain points. From there, I map the user journey and align with the team on a brief. Then I iterate on design drafts with stakeholders, checking in weekly or more often so product, design, and engineering stay aligned. I also prototype early with Claude and other AI tools, so we can test real interactions instead of reacting to static screens. The best products come from a shared vision, and helping teams get there together is my favorite part of the work.
Beyond design I'm driven by human connection. I volunteer with my local community, help care for the elderly, and travel in search of genuine experiences, like late-night chifa in Lima with a friend, buying a fish from a grandma at a Porto market using only hand gestures, or muddy jungle hikes in Belize looking for wild animals.
